Lori Earley

US traditional artist Lori Earley's gracefully elegant elongated portraits are both beautiful and etheral.  Many of her female subjects appear melancholy, the deeply expressive eyes gaze out at the viewer but dont seem to see, rather they seem to be inwardly focused on some painful memory.  Beautiful moving work with a delightful surreal twist.

Sam Weber

Alaskan born, New York artist Sam Weber uses a mixture of mediums including watercolour and acrylic then does some final tweaks in Photoshop. His work is very diverse from political illustration for newspapers, magazine covers and fantasy and sci fi book covers, as well as many personal projects. His work seems to evoke a bizarre quiet, almost sinister feel - like the foreboding feeling when you wake from a disturbing dream, but cant quite remember the detail because only brief snap-shot glimpses remain of alien beings and strange adventures.

Anja Millen

German digital artist Anja Millen's work is disturbing, surreal and haunting.  She is definately not afraid to look into the darkness of the soul and human nature.  Anja's work is created via use of stock or her own photography (including self portraits) which she blends and manipulates to create imagery that conveys a strange and beautiful story, and often a subtext of pain and emotional turmoil.

Agostino Arrivabene

Italian traditional painter Agostino Arrivabene's work is technically amazing and deeply moving. His work is like a disturbing surreal dream, one that is already slipping back into our subconscious. Like those startling moments just as you wake and remember only fleeting fragments of your dreaming, during which we the viewer are suspended between one reality and the other.

"I would like to stress the fact that my visionary vein stems from a mystical research: in my experience visions have always a mystical background, they are a strong communication line with the eternal, the mysterious and the infinity above us. As a man, I prefer to think of myself as a shaman, who throws prophecies to the world, who discloses messages and images concealing higher and wider meanings. Joanna Chrobak

Polish traditional painter Joanna Chrobak's work is reminiscent of gilded medieval paintings.  The elongated limbs of her figures and the curve of the bodies creates a sense of regal elegance.  The beautiful ornate clothing and the often elaborate yet strange backgrounds evoke a surreal dreamlike quality in her work.  Her beautiful work is full of mythical and religious symbology which begs the viewer to consider more deeply the meaning of her work.
